APBEST or the Asia Pacific Basin for Energy Strategies is an energy and economic think-tank which aims to bring its advocacy to the United Nations to negotiate oil prices vis-a-vie OPEC, Gulf oil States, financial institutions and oil traders.
The organization was organized in 2008 and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission in the year 2008. APBEST has founding Trustees in USA and Japan, and a network that links it to the Asia-Pacific region, from east to west.
